Shoes can be exchanged for a new size within 5 working days of the delivery to the customer.
The shoes should be in its original conditions and not used at all. Please ensure no tags are removed. We will not be able to exchange the shoes if the tags are not in the original position or have been tampered with.
There will be a $15 Charge for shipping of the new size to the customer.
The customer will be responsible for the postage of shoes to us.
If the requested size is not available then the customer will be given an option to buy another pair of shoes of the same value.
